I offer two types of consultations that make the apartment rental process easier for my clients and help them successfully relocate to Lisbon, even without a realtor's assistance.
During general consultations, I help clarify the details of the real estate market in Portugal, explain the rental process, and answer questions. These consultations are suitable for those planning to move to other cities in Portugal or for those who want to search for an apartment on their own.
The consultation for renting in Lisbon provides an understanding of the city and its areas that best fit your needs, a clear action plan, and a list of documents required for renting an apartment.
Consultation Prices
65 € ×1 hour
I will explain how the real estate market in Portugal works and the rental process, answer your questions, and help prepare an action plan for renting.
90 € ×1 hour
Includes analyzing your needs, documents, and relocation case. In the end, you'll receive a rental strategy and a clear idea of what to do next to rent an apartment in Lisbon.
If we decide to work together on finding an apartment, you will receive a €90 discount on the apartment search fee.
To begin, I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire so I can understand your case before the consultation. After submitting your answers, you will be directed to a confirmation page with a link to book the rental consultation.
