I help organisations improve how work gets shaped, prioritised, and delivered. My work sits at the intersection of Product, Design, and Delivery, where teams often struggle with competing priorities, unclear ownership, and decisions made too late in the process.
Rather than focusing on individual projects, I focus on the systems behind them – planning, alignment, intake, prioritisation, and collaboration. The goal is simple: help teams make better decisions earlier and deliver with greater predictability.
The problems I enjoy most are rarely technical. They are usually questions of prioritisation, alignment, ownership, and decision-making across teams. That is where operational clarity can create the biggest impact.
